Q: HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A: Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE IN SHIPPING?
A: Our Online Store offers Cash on Delivery service nationwide. We are also offer straight payment delivery via LBC, JRS express and 2GO.
Q: HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

- Cash on delivery Non Metro Manila

Please take note that our cash on delivery service is handled by a third party courier, whether it would be LBC, Quadx via CheckmeOut. We also offer Cash on Pick Up at specific LBC branches for outside Metro Manila transactions only. We do not hold or control the time of the delivery once it is on transit status. If you would like to receive your order on rush basis, we also accept rush order via straight payment and/or additional charges. Thank you.
Q: I WANT MY ITEMS FASTER THAN COD. HOW?
A : We also offer rush orders via LBC, Quadx via CheckmeOut on straight payment basis and/or additional shipping charges. This is done by depositing your total balance via Palawan express, Cebuana, Western Union or any major remittance services in the Philippines. We also accept Metrobank deposit/transfer.
Straight Payment rush orders via LBC only takes 1-2 days after payment.

Q: I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: If you successful used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.
If you still did not receive any confirmation withing 24-72 Hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: DO WE ALLOW STORE RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
A: Items sold are covered by 7 day easy return.
The applicable return policy indicates the number of calendar days in which the return of the item would be valid.
Countdown of coverage starts from the date the item was delivered.
Important Points for your Return:
- Original Packaging (including bubble wrap)
- Complete with freebies and accessories
- Unused Condition
- With tags and labels
- Return process begins once you emailed at email@example.com, please provide brief description for the reason of return.
- You’ll need to drop the item returned to any LBC branch within 7 days upon receiving the instructions. (If you failed to drop the item, you agree to waive your right, thus your return is forfeited.)
- Once we receive the item from our courier the quality check will start.
- Upon completion of the Quality Check, our returns team will inform you accordingly for the returns via SMS and/or email.
We will replace the item if:
- Item is not physically scratched and opened
- Item was not damaged
- Item has factory defect.
We will not refund or replace item if damaged.
Q: MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME?
There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons
- Incomplete address
- Unreachable mobile number
- Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as remote area
Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure a successful delivery.
